Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
paper-thin walls ineffective curtains
The room was clean and spacious (always a plus!).
The noise levels were a problem. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway. It was like the walls were paper-thin. The blackout curtains were also ineffective. Light poured in early, not ideal if you want to sleep in (especially on vacation).

Subpar Experience
cold room absent assistance
The room temperature was hard to regulate. It was too cold upon arrival. I asked for assistance, but the staff indicated that the heater was functioning properly, not true. Luggage assistance was also absent during both check-in and check-out. This lack of service impacted the experience negatively.

friendly staff clean room great facilities
I found the staff friendly and accommodating. They arranged flowers and balloons for a birthday! The room was clean and had fantastic facilities. Everything was great and I couldn't find anything I didn't like! I will recommend this hotel to family!

The staff offered attentive service but were never intrusive! The team was very helpful. They addressed all requests efficiently! I really appreciated their help.

The room included a safe suitable for laptops. The minibar was stocked with a selection of beverages and snacks. I found the blackout curtains effective, ensuring darkness for sleep.

Decent Stay with Some Issues
thin walls no room service
The recently refurbished bathroom was nice.
The walls seemed thin (I heard a lot of noise from other guests). I booked this place expecting a 5-star hotel, but it seemed more like a 4-star. They didn't offer breakfast or room service, pretty shocking.
